Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information on services required and costs involved
- Prepare accurate work orders by documenting customer requests, vehicle issues, and service plans
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, updating them on progress and additional findings
- Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity and customer convenience
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear, understandable manner
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer service challenges
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in automotive sales or service advising is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,250.00 per week
