Josie Wyatt’s isn't just a restaurant; it’s a premier dining destination within Moab’s only Four Diamond luxury resort-style hotel, the Hoodoo Moab, Curio Collection by Hilton. We are open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with providing room service to the 116-room hotel. The hotel features 5 meeting rooms totaling about 4,500 sq ft of event space, where we provide exceptional meals and service for corporate meetings, company parties, weddings and many other types of events year round.
We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Restaurant Manager with a proven track record of strong leadership and a genuine passion for hospitality. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring that our high standards for exceptional customer service, culinary excellence, and welcoming restaurant ambiance are consistently met.
As a hands-on leader, your primary focus will be floor management—leading from the front to support our team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Requirements:
*Experience with hands-on restaurant management.
*Bar, room service, and banquet experience are a plus.
*Positive and high energy
*Strong organizational skills
*Sense of ownership
*Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have an aptitude to train and develop one self and a diverse staff.
*Ability to multitask in a high volume setting
*Tenacity for meeting challenges and possesses the ability to effectively make decisions and resolve problems
