What You’ll Do
● Clean commercial and residential properties after construction and renovation.
● Remove dust, debris, and leftover construction materials.
● Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and other finished spaces.
● Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to deliver a move-in-ready finish.
● Work safely while maintaining our high standards of quality.
What You Need
● Valid driver’s license (required)
● Strong work ethic and attention to detail
● Dependability and punctuality
● Ability to work independently and with a team
● Ability to perform physical work and lift cleaning equipment
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
● Experience stripping and waxing floors
● Experience towing a trailer
● Basic construction background preferred
Schedule
● Primarily first shift
● Occasional second-shift opportunities
● Prevailing wage projects available with pay up to $40/hour
