Respiratory Therapist - Home Care in Tucson, AZ

- Hours/Week: 40 hours

- Licenses/Certs: Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT, CRT, RC) or RN license required
- Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience preferred, healthcare or homecare experience a plus
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay package discussed upon application, with hourly rate of $35.00 and per diem where applicable
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days and $2,000 after 180 days of employment

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive in-home respiratory assessments and equipment evaluations
- Educate patients and families on equipment use, safety, and maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Manage respiratory devices including BiPAP, NIV, invasive ventilators, and oxygen therapy
- Provide support for patients with complex respiratory needs, including invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including PPE and OSHA protocols
- Participate in on-call coverage for after-hours patient support as needed
What You Need:
- Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT, CRT, RC) or RN license
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in home healthcare or respiratory therapy preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with patients and teams
- Reliable transportation for local travel
