We are looking for a motivated and results-driven, experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales operations across our company website, eBay, and Amazon marketplaces.
Position OverviewThe Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of our online sales channels. This role requires a hands-on professional who understands ecommerce operations, online marketplaces, digital merchandising, inventory management, and sales performance analytics.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company ecommerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and content.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and customer journey.
- Coordinate promotions, and merchandising strategies.
- Oversee SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Manage inventory visibility and ensure accurate product information.
- Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights.
- Oversee all Amazon and eBay marketplace operations, including product listings, inventory synchronization, promotions, and customer experience.
- Create, optimize, and update product listings to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth across all platforms.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns, promotions, and special offers.
- Coordinate inventory levels and work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to prevent stock issues.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to increase market share.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, returns, and marketplace issues.
- Manage social media content created by team
- Manage Instore and Phone Customer Service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of ecommerce management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field preferred
- Experience managing ecommerce websites and online marketplaces, particularly Amazon and eBay.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work as a team leader and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of product listing optimization, SEO, and online merchandising.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to increase online sales and marketplace performance.
