This position supports the Site Director in implementing a developmentally appropriate program for infants and toddlers. It involves ensuring compliance with licensing requirements while promoting high-quality early learning experiences that nurture children and strengthen family partnerships. The role is central to operations, fostering staff professional growth and maintaining a safe environment for the community.

Oversees daily operations to ensure a safe learning environment, including full compliance with OSSE licensing, health regulations, and staffing ratios.

Supports staff development by identifying training needs, onboarding new employees, and providing ongoing coaching or mentoring to improve classroom practices.

Builds strong family and community partnerships through effective communication, while maintaining accurate attendance and meal records in the COPA database.

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of five years of experience in an early childhood setting.

Must have bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity systems.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program needs, including occasional early morning, evening, or special event coverage.
