Great Southern Recreation is seeking a motivated and professional Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping communities create exceptional recreational spaces. Position Summary
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, consulting with customers on turnkey recreational play projects, and managing projects from initial consultation through proposal development. This role combines sales, project consulting, estimating, design, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
· Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
· Meet with customers to present and consult on turnkey recreational play projects, products, and construction best practices.
· Prepare and respond to public solicitations and bids for recreational play projects.
· Estimate recreational construction projects.
· Design recreational play spaces using company-provided software.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, schools, parks and recreation departments, churches, developers, and other organizations.
· Deliver presentations to small groups and decision-makers.
· Collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful project execution from concept through completion.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proven sales experience with a track record of building relationships and developing new business is preferred.
Travel Requirements
· Regional travel (approximately 3–4 hours from your home base) 2–3 days per week.
· Occasional overnight travel required.
