Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $115,000 – $175,000 per year (based on experience + achievable monthly bonuses)

Key Responsibilities
-
Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Provide advanced wound care services, including debridement, dressing selection, and infection management
-
Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment as needed
-
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure continuity of care and prevention strategies

Educate patients, families, and staff on wound management and prevention
-
Complete documentation within 24 hours

Ensure compliance with all state, facility, and clinical guidelines
Qualifications
-
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of hire
-
2 years of experience preferred but not required
-
Preferred experience in:
-
Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
-
Wound care and/or wound certification (WOCN, WCC, etc.)
-
Long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation settings
-
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
