Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Operating the POS at the drive thru, or at the front counter when needed
- Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
- Learn all positions, including headset and order taker, monitor or bagging, and window
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedure
