About the Position
We are urgently looking for an experienced painter to help us finish our summer production and continue into the fall. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has exterior painting experience and can step in and contribute immediately with minimal training.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, comfortable working outdoors, and experienced with an airless paint sprayer.
Responsibilities
- Complete exterior painting projects efficiently and professionally
- Operate an airless paint sprayer
- Perform proper prep work, including scraping, sanding, masking, and priming
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work independently and as part of a production team
- Help complete projects on schedule and maintain a high quality of work
Requirements
- Previous exterior painting experience required
- Experience operating an airless paint sprayer required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work safely from ladders and at heights
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20/hour
- Higher pay negotiable for candidates with significant experience and strong production skills
- Guaranteed 40 hours/week until our production is completed
- Opportunity to continue working into the fall
