Raw Production Team Member
Weekday (Monday-Friday) 6:00am- Approximately 3:00pm
Job Summary
Heartland Provisions is hiring Raw Production Team Members to support our raw meat processing operations. This role is critical to food safety, throughput, and quality. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cold production environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle raw frozen and fresh meat products safely and efficiently
- Operate basic production equipment (grinders, mixers, conveyors)
- Follow all food safety, SQF, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain accurate lot tracking and material handling practices
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous food or meat processing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold and fast-paced environments
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Willingness to follow strict food safety and PPE requirements
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
