About the role: The clerk performs administrative tasks and provides support to ensure
the smooth operation of an office, business, or organization.
Responsibilities:
Handle correspondence, which may involve answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Perform specific tasks or perform a broad range of duties.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills for dealing with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Spanish fluency preferred
