Pleasant Valley NursingRehab Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support residents with functional goals related to safety, independence, and daily activities.
Responsibilities:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions

Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive strategies
-
Collaborate with rehab staff and families regarding care plans

Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment as needed

Maintain compliant documentation
Qualifications:
-
Active OT license required
-
Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Strong communication skills
