Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Manage reservations efficiently through hotel management systems, including OPERA and other property management software.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve service issues promptly, and provide personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift.
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and uphold property standards.
- Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests, enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction capabilities.
- Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and resort environments is preferred.
