Ideal Candidate Background:
- Experience in sales, entrepreneurship, or business ownership
- Background in team leadership, coaching, management, or military leadership
- MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required
- A desire to build a long-term leadership career in financial services
What You’ll Do:
- Begin as a Financial Professional, learning to:
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Deliver personalized financial solutions (insurance, retirement, investment strategies)
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and client data
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and warm outreach
- Meet key milestones in licensing and production within your first 12 months*
- Transition into our Associate Partner Training Program — a 6-month intensive training program to prepare you for leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage your own team of Financial Professionals
Key Skills:
- Sales and prospecting
- Prospecting / lead generation
- Client relationship management
- Financial advising or planning (preferred)
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Coaching and team development
- Recruiting and talent assessment
- Strong verbal communication and presentation
