Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will help homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process following storm damage. This position offers uncapped commissions, flexible scheduling, and extensive training for individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and generate leads
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm-related damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
- Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims
- Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections
- Present restoration solutions and sign contracts
- Follow up with customers throughout the restoration process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- Roofing, construction, siding, gutters, or home improvement experience preferred but not required
- Sales experience is a plus but not necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation
This is a 1099 commission-based position. Your income is directly tied to your effort and performance. Top-performing sales representatives can earn well over $150,000 annually.
