Job Description
Revive Estates is looking for a dependable, skilled construction laborer to join our remodeling team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on renovation experience who takes pride in quality work, follows directions well, and can help move projects forward efficiently.
You’ll work on residential and light commercial renovation projects, helping complete remodels from demo through final finishes. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where quality and accountability matter.
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and general finish work
- Assist with property renovations and repairs across multiple job sites
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
- Help prepare and protect work areas before and during construction
- Follow direction from project managers and site leads to complete work on schedule
- Read and follow work orders, sketches, and basic construction plans
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout each phase of the project
- Identify problems in the field and communicate them quickly
- Check completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in remodeling, renovations, construction, or general labor
- Working knowledge of common tools, materials, and job site safety practices
- Ability to complete physical work, including lifting materials and being on your feet for long periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work well with a team and maintain a professional attitude on site
- Experience in residential rehabs or turnover work is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings is helpful, but not required
