About Us:
The Marketing Cloud is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive net new growth for Agent
Cloud, a secure AI workspace built for modern marketing, communications, and enterprise
teams.
This is a 0 to1 sales role focused on building pipeline, closing early customers, and shaping go
to-market strategy for a rapidly evolving AI platform. Agent Cloud brings together leading LLMs,
pre-built assistants, and custom agent creation in a single enterprise-grade environment—
enabling organizations to scale AI adoption without tool sprawl, governance risk, or security
concerns.
This role is ideal for a highly proactive, self-sufficient seller who thrives in ambiguity, is
comfortable operating without heavy enablement, and can translate complex AI capabilities into
clear business outcomes for enterprise stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own net new logo acquisition and pipeline generation for the Agent Cloud platform

Prospect and build pipeline through high-volume outbound and targeted account
strategies -
Run consultative sales cycles—from discovery through demo, business case, and close

Manage mid-market opportunities end-to-end and actively contribute to enterprise deal
strategy -
Sell into cross-functional buying groups (marketing, insights, brand, comms,
innovation/data teams) -
Clearly articulate how AI-driven workflows improve productivity, insights, and decision
making -
Partner closely with Product and Marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and ICP

Capture and relay customer feedback related to AI adoption, governance, and real
world use cases -
Help build early sales infrastructure including playbooks, messaging, and GTM motion
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, data, or insights platform sales

Proven success in outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch

Experience selling into marketing, analytics, communications, or digital teams

Strong ability to run multi-threaded deals and navigate complex buying groups

Experience selling AI-driven, data, martech, adtech, or insights platforms strongly preferred

Ability to translate technical concepts (AI/LLMs, automation, data workflows) into clear
business value -
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with evolving GTM
strategy -
Highly organized and self-directed—able to create structure in ambiguous environments

Compensation:
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $115,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. This role includes commission-based incentive compensation.
