Senior Accountant – Treasury & Corporate Accounting
Location: Fort Collins, CO (100% Onsite)
Salary: $87,500–$95,000 + Benefits
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team supporting a diverse portfolio of operating companies, real estate entities, investment entities, and related businesses. This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with treasury management and offers exposure to a complex, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Accountant:
- Manage daily cash activity across multiple entities and bank accounts.

Coordinate cash transfers, intercompany funding, and liquidity management.

Maintain banking relationships and assist with opening and maintaining bank and investment accounts.

Track loans, lines of credit, debt schedules, interest payments, and compliance requirements.

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end close.

Produce financial reports, cash flow reporting, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Prepare tax support packages for external CPA firms.

Support audits and respond to requests from banks and other third parties.

Develop and improve accounting and treasury processes and internal controls.

Partner with accounting, legal, tax, investment, and operational teams on various projects.
Qualifications of Senior Accountant:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Experience with treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, or intercompany accounting.

Advanced Excel skills required.

Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP preferred.

Experience with multi-entity accounting, real estate, family office, private investment, or wealth management environments is highly preferred.

CPA or public accounting experience is a plus.
