Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Pay Rate: $95-$100/hour (Negotiable) + Sign-On Bonus
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Pay Rate: $63-$74/hour (Negotiable) + Sign-On Bonus
Clinical Psychologist (PSYL)
- Pay Rate: $160-$165/hour (Negotiable) + Sign-On Bonus
Schedule Options
- Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
- Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts (up to 40 hours per week)
- 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day workweek options
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention services in a correctional facility.
- Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Provide behavioral health counseling, education, and therapeutic interventions.
- Respond to behavioral health emergencies and perform risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable state regulations.
- Promote patient rehabilitation, recovery, and overall mental wellness.
Minimum Requirements
- Active California License (LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
