Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule consultations and appointments
- Assist with client intake and collect important information
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Help ensure the office runs smoothly each day
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and dependable follow-through
- Comfortable learning new technology and office software
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience is required
