ARCADE MANAGER – MULTI-LOCATION

Fantasy Claw Arcade is a growing entertainment company with locations in Las Vegas, Hawaii, and Ohio. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Arcade Manager to oversee our 3 Las Vegas locations:
Fashion Show Mall
Planet Hollywood
AREA15
This is not a desk job. We are looking for a strong leader who can move between locations, manage multiple teams, drive sales, maintain operational standards, and take ownership of the overall performance of our Las Vegas market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations across all 3 Las Vegas arcade locations
- Hire, train, develop, and manage employees
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, customer service, and company standards
- Drive sales growth and improve store performance
- Train and motivate employees to increase sales and provide an excellent customer experience
- Learn how to operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on claw machines
- Ensure machines are properly stocked, clean, operational, and performing correctly
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement between locations
- Communicate with suppliers and manage inventory orders
- Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Maintain strong cash-handling and cash-control procedures
- Ensure all locations are clean, organized, properly staffed, and fully stocked
- Provide monthly reports on sales, store performance, staffing, and inventory
- Understand store numbers and identify areas that need improvement
- Develop and implement action plans to improve performance
- Identify operational problems quickly and find effective solutions
- Maintain consistent communication with ownership and the administrative team
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven management experience, preferably in retail, entertainment, arcade, amusement, or multi-location operations
- Experience successfully managing and developing a team
- Ability to oversee multiple locations at the same time
- Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee accountability
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to motivate teams and improve results
- Technical/mechanical ability and willingness to learn how to operate and repair claw machines
- Strong cash-handling and inventory-control skills
- High energy and a passion for customer service
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Ability and willingness to regularly travel between all 3 Las Vegas locations
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
This position requires flexible availability based on the needs of the business.
The Arcade Manager must be available to:
- Work 8–10 hour shifts as needed
- Work morning, day, and evening shifts
- Occasionally work late nights
- Be available early mornings to receive inventory deliveries
- Work weekends and holidays as needed
- Adjust their schedule when staffing or operational issues arise
- Move between Fashion Show, Planet Hollywood, and AREA15 throughout the week
This is a hands-on management position, and the schedule will not always be the same each week. Flexibility is an important requirement for this role.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who takes ownership.
The right manager doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. You should be comfortable walking into a location, identifying problems and opportunities, coaching employees, improving sales, addressing operational issues, and following through until results improve.
We need someone who can lead people, understand the numbers, solve problems, and keep three locations operating at a high level.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing employees, reviewing store performance, receiving inventory, communicating with suppliers, and getting hands-on with a claw machine when something isn't working.
