In this role, you will manage the Internal Sensory Panel, including database growth, engagement initiatives, and acuity screening in support of projects, categories, and clients. In addition, assist in test design and deliver hands-on support for on-site sensory test execution for the Fragrance Division, and support Fragrance CIMR Consumer research survey launches, data formatting and visualization tools.
What You’ll Do:

Lead the management, maintenance, and growth of External Consumer and Internal panels for project fulfillment. With an active outlook to optimize business practices and engagement.

Manage day to day Internal Panel communications including but not limited to study recruitment, incentive, financial tracking and attendance.

Support Sensory team in booth preparation and test execution in support of project objectives.

Aid Sensory team in sensory test design, data analysis, report generation.

Organize and execute Yearly Sensory Acuity Program and Panel Performance programs for Fragrance CIMR panels.

Support Fragrance CIMR Department Head in launching consumer Surveys, data visualization and text analytics.

Lead operations of sensory data collection software and troubleshooting.

Follow and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and maintain high level of lab cleanliness and stocking supplies.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to Sensory, Consumer or Market Research (Sensory Science, Experimental Psychology, Food Science, Physical Sciences, Mathematics or Statistics).
Experience:
Minimum of 1-year related experience in hands-on sensory or consumer testing environment (either a sensory laboratory or a commercial research supplier/vendor with a direct specialization in product testing, sensory testing), market research, or consumer insights. Candidate must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience and competency in the full range of functions required to conduct sensory research.
The equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Skills: Exposure to a statistical software packages (JMP, SAS, XLStat, SPSS) and demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel). Ability to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment while maintaining high quality research standards. Creative problem solving strongly encouraged.
Competencies: Must be a team player and creative problem solver. Must be able to handle multiple projects in parallel while maintaining high level quality in study design, execution, data analysis/interpretation, and report writing.
