We’re growing our outreach team in Friendswood, TX and hiring a full-time Customer Outreach Specialist to support live campaigns, customer engagement, and community outreach efforts throughout the Houston area.
As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you’ll work directly with customers during in-person campaigns, helping create positive interactions while supporting overall sales growth and brand visibility. This Customer Outreach Specialist opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, strong communication, and performance-driven work where effort directly impacts results.
Responsibilities of the Customer Outreach Specialist
- Interact directly with customers during live outreach campaigns and promotional events throughout the Houston area
- Represent client campaigns professionally while supporting customer engagement and overall sales goals
- Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently during customer interactions
- Help generate sales opportunities through relationship-building and effective communication
- Support campaign growth by tracking outreach activity, customer feedback, and completed sales interactions
- Work alongside other Customer Outreach Specialist team members during community campaigns and outreach events
- Participate in ongoing Customer Outreach Specialist training focused on communication, leadership, and sales strategy
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working in fast-moving customer-facing environments
Qualifications for the Customer Outreach Specialist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers in in-person settings
- Motivated by growth opportunities and performance-based sales environments
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Organized and adaptable in fast-paced outreach environments
- Interest in customer engagement, marketing, outreach, or sales development
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or sales is helpful but not required
- Full-time availability and ability to work onsite throughout the Houston market
Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
