Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience with office management tools are highly valued to enhance our team’s effectiveness.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately
- Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and overseeing mail distribution
- Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and update records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, proofreading documents, and organizing meetings
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, proofreading correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background with a focus on front desk operations
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing busy reception areas
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- Bilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant or office management experience is beneficial

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
