Su Casa Staging & Redesign is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our logistics team. We stage more than 300 homes each year throughout New Mexico and are growing quickly.

What You'll Do
- Load, unload, move, and install furniture and décor in homes throughout New Mexico
- Safely drive and operate 20–26' box trucks
- Pack and secure furniture to prevent damage during transport
- Work alongside designers and staging professionals to transform homes
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory
- Assist with truck maintenance, loading procedures, and daily operations
- Travel to projects in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Los Lunas, Belen, and surrounding areas
- Represent Su Casa professionally in clients' homes and with real estate professionals
What We're Looking For

- Able to take direction and work independently when needed
- Flexible and able to accept and embrace an ever changing/fast-paced schedule
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to safely lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Experience Preferred (But Not Required)
- Moving industry experience
- Warehouse experience
- Box truck driving experience
- Furniture delivery or logistics experience
- Leadership or crew lead experience

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
