Seeking an energetic guest services agent to work at our award winning hotel. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
Requirements:
*3PM-11PM required
*Must have outstanding customer service skills
*Reliable self-starter, energetic, and self-motivated
*Friendly with a positive attitude
*Strong communication and organizational skills
*Attention to detail and good with numbers
*Team player committed to sharing knowledge and "pitching-in" to help co-workers
*Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
*making reservations for guestrooms/suites
*checking in/out guests
*providing directions and other assistance
*insuring outstanding guest satisfaction
*following corporate and hotel policies and procedures
*maintaining professional appearance
*assisting with special projects as time may permit

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
