The Role:
As a Lot Porter, you'll be the backbone of our dealership's vehicle lot operations. You'll manage inventory, maintain lot appearance, and keep our vehicles running smoothly. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping things organized.

Responsibilities
- Move and position vehicles on the lot as directed by management, maintaining display standards and organization
- Clean and prepare vehicles inside and out, including windows, tires, interior, trunk, and glove compartment
- Start vehicles daily and report any mechanical issues or concerns to management
- Perform light maintenance tasks including replacing windshield wiper blades, checking and replenishing fluids, and addressing minor tire issues
- Keep vehicles fueled and maintain accurate accounting of all cars on the lot
- Drive vehicles off-site to run dealership errands and deliver vehicles as needed
- Inspect vehicles for any problems and communicate proactively with the team
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operation preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/work outdoors for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to keeping the lot organized and professional
