Cici Skincare is looking for a dependable, organized, and client-focused individual to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping a business run smoothly. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the daily administrative needs of our growing practice.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients throughout their visit.
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
- Check clients in and out.
- Assist clients with retail purchases and service recommendations.
- Prepare treatment rooms between appointments.
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Run occasional local errands.
- Assist with administrative projects and other day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide support wherever needed.
Qualifications
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Able to take direction while also working independently.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, medical aesthetics, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
