Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $100.00 to $130.00 per hour.
Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budget reviews, forecasting, and performance evaluations.
Manage finance operations by overseeing vendor payments, grant administration, payroll related activities, and financial transactions.
Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and supporting analyses to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Monitor cash flow, investments, and balance sheet activity while supporting financial decision making and risk management.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to support organizational growth and efficiency.
8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or a related field.
Strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.
Previous experience overseeing financial reporting, compliance activities, audits, and external financial partnerships.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently within a fast paced and evolving environment.
Prior experience with financial systems, technology platforms, and process automation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and relationship driven approach.
Adaptable work style with the ability to support changing priorities and emerging business needs.
Interest in leveraging new technologies and innovative tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
