About the Role
A fast-growing B2B SaaS startup transforming utility billing through modern software. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in startup environments and enjoys solving complex business problems. In this role, you'll work directly with Product and Engineering leadership to shape the future of the platform, leading initiatives from early discovery through launch while helping define product strategy along the way.
What You'll Do
- Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and ongoing iteration.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver valuable product improvements.
- Translate complex operational and financial workflows into intuitive product experiences.
- Gather customer feedback and use insights to drive product decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Write clear product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align stakeholders around business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform scalability.
- Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to make thoughtful product decisions.
- Contribute to product strategy while taking ownership of execution.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Experience leading products from discovery through launch.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience with modern product tools such as Linear, Notion, FigJam, Jira, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience.
- Experience with enterprise software, workflow automation, or operational platforms.
- Background in utility billing, payments, financial systems, PropTech, FinTech, ERP, or similar industries.
- Experience working with data-heavy products or internal operational tools.
- Experience gathering customer feedback through interviews, user testing, or discovery sessions.
- Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven software environments.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
