About the Role
Our Resource Teachers are essential members of the school team. You’ll support multiple classrooms while helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Responsibilities include:
- Building warm relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Assisting in classrooms throughout the school as needed
- Supporting daily routines, activities, and transitions
- Helping maintain engaging learning environments
- Communicating professionally with families and team members
- Using positive guidance strategies with children
- Working collaboratively to keep classrooms running smoothly
Requirements
- Pediatric CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain—we reimburse after 90 days)
- Ability to pass background check (paid by school after 90 days)
- Willingness to complete IdahoSTARS required training with our support
- Dependable, positive, team-oriented mindset
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
