The opportunity
Northcrest Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic and administrative support to senior leadership.
This position is suited to a professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced business environment, managing competing priorities, and maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring the effective coordination of business activities, executive communications, scheduling, and operational priorities.
The role requires sound judgement, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining confidentiality across sensitive business matters.
This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of four years' relevant experience, including responsibility for supporting executive leadership and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Key accountabilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive presentations, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing materials, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professional relationships.
- Support strategic projects by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across departments.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
- Review and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and escalation where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and coordination for administrative activities across executive support functions where appropriate.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A minimum of four years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or comparable executive support role.
- Experience supporting senior executives within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under changing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional business setting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business productivity tools.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Sound judgement, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or supporting executive decision-making is advantageous.
Remuneration and benefits
The salary range for this position is USD $80,000–$85,000 per annum, together with a performance-based bonus, retirement pension benefits, comprehensive health coverage, paid annual leave, and additional company-sponsored benefits.
Remuneration will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and market considerations. All discussions regarding compensation and the recruitment process will be treated as strictly confidential.
