We are seeking a GIS Analyst to support the development, management, and analysis of complex geospatial data using GIS databases, applications, and specialized technologies.
In this role, you will:
- Work with minimal supervision to identify client needs and develop, plan, and execute GIS projects from conception through completion.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for GIS software, applications, and best practices.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges and coordinate the technical execution of project deliverables.
- Review project requirements to ensure data development objectives are achieved and perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on GIS data and deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and support web-based GIS applications and systems.
- Independently manage and deliver GIS projects of moderate to high complexity while meeting project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to support project success.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project findings and recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Information Systems, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience as a GIS Analyst or in a similar GIS-focused role.
- Strong proficiency with ArcGIS, Esri products, and enterprise GIS applications.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting web-based GIS solutions is preferred.
- Federal Government experience is strongly preferred, particularly supporting geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) programs, initiatives, or clients.
- Experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) concepts, workflows, and data management is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Familiarity with civil engineering principles and experience supporting multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work in the office five days a week

Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
