We are looking to hire a full-time infant co-teacher immediately. Seeking someone who has high energy, is dedicated, loves working with children, and has a strong work ethic. Can be physically demanding; requires getting up and down off the floor throughout the day and lifting small children. For a full-time position you must be able to work four 10hr days per week. As stated above the pay starts at $16.10 an hour, once orientation and training are completed you are eligible for $240/month bonus as well. Start earning paid time off on your first day, all employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked!

Responsibilities
- Support infant learning and development through age-appropriate activities, daily routines, and collaborative teaching with lead teachers.
- Monitor and supervise infants at all times, ensuring safe, clean, and engaging environments; respond promptly to needs and signals.
- Assist with feeding, diapering, naps, and transitions, maintaining HIPAA/health and safety practices and pediatric first aid readiness.
- Communicate regularly with parents about progress, milestones, and daily care notes; document observations for planning.
- Manage basic classroom tasks, maintain materials, and support children with varying needs, including those requiring additional support or adjustments.
