SUMMARY:
Position Details Position Title: Gymnastics Team Director Start Date: June 1, 2025 Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Reporting To: General Manager, GymQuest of Plainfield
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing the daily operations and long-term vision of the competitive gymnastics team program
- Creating athlete success plans and engaging with families through regular communication and 1-on-1 meetings
- Designing and distributing monthly newsletters and promotional flyers
- Planning quarterly team bonding events and a year-end banquet
- Maintaining a clean and organized team space
- Recruiting and mentoring qualified coaching staff
- Organizing one major marketing event annually
- Contributing to the growth, excellence, and culture of the GymQuest community
Goals
- Hosts quarterly team coach meetings.
- Provides feedback to gym manager regarding team coach performance.
- Hosts 2 Events per year for the Team students that promote unique opportunities to for students to bond.
- Host a placement tryout for the incoming students.
- Notify the parents of the future year placement.
- Host a parent meeting before the start of the fall session.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
