Position Highlights:
- Extremely Low Driver Turnover
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience Required
- Starting Pay: $26.00/hour (no hazmat); $27.00/hour (with hazmat endorsement)
- Weekly Hours: 40-50 Hours per week
- Routes: Local Kansas City Metro and Midwest Regional
- Schedule: Monday through Friday – Off weekends
- Home Time: Home every night
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
Extra Earnings Opportunity:
- Quarterly Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter ($1,000/year, equates to $.50/hr.)
- Based on Samsara safety score, clean inspections, and completed DVIRs, pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Most drivers consistently earn this bonus!

Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport freight to designated locations, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate logs.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and report any issues encountered during transit.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including handling hazardous materials as required.
