Amazing Air is seeking an experienced Lead Telemarketer to join our growing team. This is NOT a work-from-home position – this role is fully in-office and requires a strong leader who can perform under pressure and lead the team by example.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay:
$17–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule Preventative Maintenance appointments for HVAC systems
- Lead and motivate the team while maintaining high performance standards
- Train and guide team members through proven call strategies
- Maintain professionalism and productivity in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of telemarketing experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
- Must be comfortable working under pressure and meeting goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
