Trauma Therapist (PLPC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW)

Hope Ranch of Missouri is seeking a passionate and skilled Trauma Therapist who is ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma-related challenges. This role focuses on working with teens and adolescents—alongside their families—who are residents and/or students at Hope Ranch.
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver care using modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and other trauma-informed approaches
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, wraparound care
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical supervision
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with trauma-informed best practices

Licensure Requirements
You must currently hold one of the following:
- Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Provisionally licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision for licensure is available.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
