Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable PRN Caregivers to join our expanding team at our new branch. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by delivering high-quality, person-centered care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior and home care, with a passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Duties
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Adherence to care plans under supervision.
- Support clients with meal preparation, nutritional needs, and light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Utilize proper techniques for patient transfer and mobility assistance, including use of Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction, including Alzheimer's and dementia care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Must pass background check and required certifications
- Flexible availability for PRN shifts

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
