Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, gel-X, hard gel, dipping powder, and intricate nail art designs.
- Apply advanced techniques such as nail enhancements, color theory-based customizations, and creative artistry to meet client preferences.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly disinfecting tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable nail treatments, and upsell service effectively.
- Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry innovations to provide fresh and inspiring services.
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service to foster repeat business and positive reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional Nail Technician or Nail Artist with a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques (please provide link of your portfolio or Instagram that has your previous nail art or work.)
- Knowledge of color theory, nail care fundamentals, sanitation protocols, and current industry trends.
- Have valid Florida Nail Technician or Cosmetology License.
- Advanced skills in nail design/nail art.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on nail health and recommend appropriate treatments confidently.
