Mental Health Counselor/Therapist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking Forward Counseling & Mentoring Services, LLC has openings for full-time clinicians who are experienced, empathetic, non-judgmental, and value the principles of inclusion and teamwork. Our goal at Looking Forward is to provide an environment where clinicians feel empowered to use their unique skillsets to provide clients quality treatment in a supportive, nurturing environment. Clinicians at Looking Forward will have the opportunity to work using a collaborative approach to healing that focuses on self-discovery and personal growth. We not only take care of our clients but we ensure that our clinicians are appreciated, valued, and are presented with opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Associate (depending on experience) or fully licensed (preferred) clinicians are welcome. Openings have increased in number due to the rapid growth of our agency, and clinicians with existing caseloads will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled & evident based counseling and therapy services in a manner that reflects Looking Forward’s person-centered approach.
- Fulfill all clinical, ethical, and legal responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum client load of 15 clients per week
- Think critically and implement ideas that improve the practice
- Engage in team activities and staff meetings
Qualifications:
- Must be fully licensed or associate licensed (depending on experience)
- Must be in good standing with the appropriate Georgia state licensing board
- Must display initiative when it comes to opportunities to improve your services or the practice
- Trained in providing telehealth services to children, adults, couples, and families
- Comfortable in conducting brief 15-minute consultations with potential clients
- Meet credentialing requirements
- Maintain personal liability insurance
- Familiar with providing community linkage to clients (Case Management)
- Existing CAQH profile. If not can complete within a reasonable timeframe to not hinder the credentialing process.

Looking Forward Counseling & Mentoring Services, LLC desires to have transparent, open, and honest relationships with its stakeholders, its business model encompasses a flat-rate compensation plan with an expense reimbursement element. Therapists who provided exceptional services are eligible to partake in bouns opportunities.
