The Role
As a Financial Services Sales Specialist, you'll conduct sales appointments via phone, Google Meet, Zoom, or in person and convert prospects into clients. This is a closing-focused position — you bring the skill, the confidence, and the drive to get deals done.
- Conduct consultative sales appointments across phone, video, and in-person formats
- Present financial service solutions with clarity and conviction
- Own the process from first conversation to signed agreement
- Enjoy a fully remote flexible schedule
What We're Looking For
- Prior sales experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable and confident on the phone and on video calls
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
- Someone who wants to be rewarded for their performance — not capped by a salary
Compensation
- Commission only — you control your income
- Bonus payouts and elevated commission tiers at higher sales volumes
- The more you put in, the more you make — period
