Fashion Windows is looking for a motivated, outgoing sales professional who knows how to create opportunities, build referral relationships, and turn connections into sales.
Since 1995, Fashion Windows has helped Utah homeowners transform their homes with custom shutters, shades, blinds, drapery, and motorized window treatments. We are proud to be a Utah Best of State 2026 winner with a strong reputation for quality products, professional installation, and exceptional customer service.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and building their own book of business. You will develop relationships with homeowners, builders, interior designers, real estate professionals, property managers, and other referral partners who can create ongoing sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Generate your own leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement
- Identify and develop productive referral partnerships
- Build relationships with builders, designers, real estate professionals, property managers, and other local businesses
- Maintain consistent contact with referral partners to generate ongoing opportunities
- Meet with homeowners for in-home design consultations
- Help clients select shutters, shades, blinds, drapery, and motorized window treatments
- Recommend solutions based on the client’s style, privacy, light-control, and functional needs
- Measure windows and prepare accurate quotes
- Present options, explain value, answer questions, and confidently close sales
- Follow up consistently with prospects, clients, and referral partners
- Manage projects and client communication from consultation through completion
- Represent Fashion Windows at networking groups, industry events, and community activities
- Stay current on products, technology, design options, and industry trends

Experience in window coverings, interior design, home improvement, furniture, flooring, construction, real estate, or in-home sales is helpful. More importantly, you must have the drive and confidence to create relationships and generate your own business.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Income is based on your ability to generate leads, develop referral partnerships, close sales, and build a consistent pipeline of new business.
