Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans that drive sustainable revenue growth within your assigned territory.
- Prospect, cultivate, and close new business opportunities through consultative, solution-based selling.
- Build long-term partnerships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers by understanding their operational goals and delivering customized solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing account growth.
- Expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional products and services that deliver measurable business value.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and manage customer relationships using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Partner with leadership to identify market trends, improve sales strategies, and uncover new opportunities for business expansion.
- Share best practices, mentor newer sales team members, and contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level client relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others, mentor peers, and contribute to organizational growth.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of professional sales experience and demonstrated achievement.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
