Titus Counseling Associates is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented contractor to monitor our answering service call log and route incoming phone messages to the appropriate team members.
This is a simple, flexible remote position ideal for someone looking for approximately one hour of work per day.
Compensation
● $25.00 per hour
● Independent Contractor (1099)
● Approximately 5 hours per week
Responsibilities
● Log into the SAS answering service call log once each business day.
● Review all new phone messages received since the previous business day.
● Forward each message to the appropriate clinician or administrative team member.
● Ensure all messages are routed accurately and in a timely manner.
● Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
Qualifications
● Strong attention to detail.
● Reliable and dependable.
● Comfortable using email and web-based software.
● Ability to work independently.
● Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
● Approximately 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday.
● Flexible schedule during normal business hours.
● Remote position.
