Production Assembler's are responsible for performing entry level duties necessary for the assembly of coolers or sub-assemblies and final production line duties. Production Assembler's contributes to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing facility in the following areas:

Safety

Must be able to wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Ability to cross conveyor line

Identifies safety hazards

Reports any safety concerns

Must be able to left 5-50lbs as part of the job function

Quality

Verifies quality on a continuing basis

Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and /or quality

Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels
- Productivity

Use of hand tools adn portable power tools

Ise of standard measuring instruments, jigs, fixtures, and simple gauges

Cleaning and crating of units

Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision

Interact professionally with other employees

Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments

Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees

Shift is Monday thru Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm (10hrs), with Friday overtime when needed. (Overtime hours depend on demand)
