Responsibilities:
Performs Daily Quality Control Process Audits at each step of the production and shipping process (i.e. Plating, Press, Rewind, Packaging, etc.) to verify finished product conforms with customer requirements and meets expectations.
· Performs Monthly Self Inspection of the Facility and Grounds, manufacturing, receiving, shipping, sanitation, pest control and preventative maintenance programs and practices.
· Assists with Customer Complaints, Internal Nonconformances, Vendor Nonconformances and Corrective/Preventative Actions
· Manage Material Safety Data (MSDS) Information
-Assist with providing training on quality, product safety, environmental management and occupational health and safety.
Experience:
- Experience working as a Quality Technician in Printing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
