Arrow Termite & Pest Control, a locally and family owned company for over 75 years is hosting an in-person Open Interview Hiring Event to learn about the exciting career opportunity as a Field Technician. Interview Details:

Time: 9:00am-1:30pm
Location: 4720 Jones Creek Rd. Baton Rouge, LA 70817
What You'll Do:
- Service residential and commercial customers.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service.
- Install and apply products in and around homes.
- Perform manual labor, including digging trenches, drilling concrete, crawling in attics and under homes, and installing bait systems.
- Work safely in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for insurances purposes.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet federal drug and alcohol testing requirements.
- Able to perform physically demanding work and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to pass the LDAF required test.
- Must have reliable transportation to the Baton Rouge office.
The Field Technician position is a full-time position with typical hours of 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri and 1-2 Saturdays per month. This is an hourly position with the opportunity for overtime if more than 40 hours are worked in the work week (Sunday-Saturday), eligible for a verified work bonus based on production goals, commission, and additional incentives based on safety, attendance, and route completion.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
