Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Take and record vital signs
Assist residents with mobility and transfers
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Strong communication and teamwork skills
